Bay Area Bridge Tolls by Route Number

State-bridge rates effective January 1, 2026; Golden Gate rates are the FY2026-27 schedule (effective July 1, 2026). On the seven BATA bridges, FasTrak, pay-by-plate, and invoice all cost $8.50 in 2026; prices split by payment method from January 2027. BATA carpool discounts (3+ occupants) apply weekdays 5-10 AM and 3-7 PM only.

Bridge Details
Golden Gate Bridge (US-101) - $10.25 FasTrak
Carpool requires FasTrak Flex set to position 3 and applies at all hours. Tolls southbound only. FY2026-27 rates took effect July 1, 2026; the next step of the board-adopted schedule lands July 1, 2027.
San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge (I-80) - $8.50 FasTrak
One flat rate at all hours: peak/off-peak congestion pricing was suspended in April 2020 and has not returned. Carpool (3+) is $4.25 weekdays 5-10 AM and 3-7 PM; a standard FasTrak tag qualifies here, unlike the other bridges which require FasTrak Flex.

Tolls collected westbound, toward San Rafael. Carpool discount (3+ occupants) applies weekday commute hours with FasTrak Flex. First state-owned bridge converting to open-road tolling (began January 2026).
